Before you ask
Questions we hear most, Airport Transfers Anywhere
Questions that come up before a transfer is booked. Phone during working hours and you will reach a person.
Do you meet at arrivals, usually?
A name board at arrivals is arranged when it is asked for at booking. Mention the luggage, especially with a large party.
Can you provide child seats?
Request them when booking so the right seat is in the vehicle.
How long will you wait?
A waiting allowance is agreed in advance, and anything beyond it is discussed.
Can I add passengers later, on average?
Tell us before the day so the vehicle matches the party and the luggage. Send the flight number and the date and the fare can be confirmed quickly.
